Common questions

Marketing automation and content questions, answered.

Usually, once volume grows. Zapier bills per task, so a lead workflow with 3-5 action steps running 10,000 times a month uses 30,000 to 50,000 tasks, which puts you on the $289/month tier of Zapier’s Professional plan (billed annually). n8n counts one execution however many steps it has, and self-hosted it costs only the server, for example a $6/mo DigitalOcean Droplet. Our Zapier vs n8n comparison shows where to start.

On its own, the results are usually average, because it learned from a lot of average marketing copy. It is far more useful for fast analysis. Our marketing director uses one prompt to map an industry’s stakeholders, competitors and challenges, and a second to pull content ideas from the client’s own material, such as website text, podcast transcripts and meeting notes. You still do the strategy. Read both prompts.

Tell a story instead of listing requirements. When we advertised for a Social Media Content Manager, the team built the ad around their own childhood photos and the dreams behind them. The ad works as a test: the right person reads it and thinks “this is me.” It also says something about your brand, since every ad reflects who you are. Read how the campaign came together.

It helps, especially if you already spend on more than one channel. Content on its own fills a calendar. Paired with a plan for your website, search, social and paid activity, it moves pipeline. A strategy decides what each channel is responsible for, which numbers count as KPIs and where the budget goes first, usually as a 90-day plan. See our digital marketing strategy service.
