5.1M+ YouTube impressions. One content strategy.

A luxury coastal builder had the engineering expertise to win complex, high-value projects, but its marketing mostly showed finished homes. We built a content engine around the work happening on its job sites, turning the construction process into proof that reached 5.1M+ YouTube impressions.

About the Client

The client is a premium custom home builder in coastal Florida, working with affluent homeowners, architects, and design partners. Its competitive advantage was in the work behind the finished homes: BIM and 3D planning and full-time supervision on difficult coastal lots.

The Challenge

Finished-house photos were not showing buyers what made the builder different.

Luxury buyers making a seven-figure building decision need more than attractive project photos. They need evidence that a builder can handle the lot, engineering, permits, materials, timelines, and construction challenges involved.

The existing content did not show enough of that process. The builder needed a repeatable way to turn active jobsites and technical decisions into content that demonstrated its expertise to prospective buyers and the architects influencing those decisions.

Our Approach

We built a jobsite-driven content strategy around active projects, starting with research rather than a generic monthly content calendar. We reviewed marketing trends, competitor content, audience interests, and the technical topics already visible across the builder’s projects. From that research, we identified content opportunities, defined the topics and formats worth producing, and built a strategy around turning the builder’s technical expertise into content that buyers and architects would actually want to watch.

Strategy and research

We built the content strategy around real construction work, technical decisions, and questions buyers and architects need answered before choosing a builder.

The Content Engine

The system was designed to keep producing content from the builder’s existing work.

Active project → questionnaire → research → script → shooting brief → production → QA → publishing

That means finished projects do not have to sit in a portfolio unseen. Each project can provide multiple pieces of content built around the decisions, problems, and technical work that made it worth hiring the builder in the first place.

Project questionnaire

We created a monthly questionnaire for the client’s team built around problem → solution → proof → publish permission. That gave us a consistent way to capture useful project details from active jobsites.

Video scripts and briefs

We produced 20+ video scripts and shooting/editing briefs, which resulted in 10+ long-form videos and 30+ Shorts.

Topics came directly from the work: driving piles on coastal lots, how stormwater engineering affects a floor plan, and why the wrong materials fail in salt-air environments, etc.

Content production and publishing

We handled content calendars, QA, and publishing coordination. The system scaled to 32 content pieces in a peak month.

WordPress website

We also built a new WordPress website to give the audience generated by the content a place to learn more about the builder and its work.

The Outcome and Value

5.1M+ YouTube impressions put the builder’s construction process in front of a much larger audience.

Internal reporting documented 5.1M+ YouTube impressions and 35,000 engagements. One Short generated 750,000+ views and more than 1,100 new subscribers from a single post. Several Facebook posts approached 500,000 combined reach.

For a luxury builder whose sales process depends heavily on trust and referrals, the value was not simply the number of views. The content gave prospective buyers and architects repeated exposure to the technical decisions behind the finished homes.

The builder was no longer only showing what it built. Its content was showing how it builds, giving potential clients reinforcement they need before making a high-value decision.
