Referral Program & Affiliates

We give you a unique referral link and a referral code. When you make an introduction by email, CC us or forward the thread so we have a record. If someone contacts us after clicking your link, tracking handles it automatically. When in doubt, just let us know in advance that you’re making the introduction.

We track referrals for 12 months. If someone you referred signs a contract within a year of the introduction, you earn the fee. Sales cycles vary. We don’t penalize you for a client who takes time to decide.

Any WordPress or WooCommerce project we take on through your referral: new site builds, redesigns, migrations, speed optimization, maintenance contracts, security work. Minimum project value is $1,500. One-hour fixes and small tasks don’t qualify, but almost everything else does.

That is between you and your contact. We recommend transparency. Most people don’t mind knowing you earn a fee for introductions, and it doesn’t affect what they pay us. We charge the same rates regardless of how the client found us.

Yes. Affiliates can mention that they refer clients to Mineweb and include their referral link on their website or in their content. We do ask that you represent our services accurately and don’t make guarantees we haven’t made. We’ll provide a short description of what we do that you can use.

You earn 10% of the project value on your first successful referral, with no cap on project size, so a $20,000 project pays $2,000. There’s no limit on how many clients you can refer.

You’re paid within 30 days of the project kicking off and the first client payment being received, by bank transfer or PayPal. You don’t have to wait until the project is finished to be paid.

No. Joining is free, with no fees, minimum traffic, or follower requirements. If you know businesses that need WordPress work, you can apply and start referring.

No. Freelancers, consultants, marketers, past clients, and anyone in the ecosystem can refer. You don’t need any technical or agency relationship, just a connection to someone who needs WordPress or WooCommerce work.

The affiliate program is for one-off referrals where we take the relationship from there and pay you a fee. A partnership is an ongoing arrangement, often under your brand, for agencies that regularly need us as their development team.
