Terms & Conditions
01. Introduction
Welcome to Mineweb Studio (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://mineweb.io (the “Service”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.
02. Use of Services and Website Access
By using the MineWeb.io website or any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.
03. General Provisions
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Mineweb Studio, registered in the United States. These Terms apply to all users of our services, visitors to our website, and any entity that engages with our digital solutions. This document outlines the rights and responsibilities related to using our website and services.
04. Acceptance of Service Engagement
Before commencing any work or projects on your behalf, we require your explicit approval. Payment of a deposit (initial payment) is considered authorization to proceed, unless written approval is provided via email or signed contract. No project will begin without clear confirmation from you.
05. Warranty and Ownership
We provide a 30-day warranty for websites we create. After this period, as full access to the website is transferred to you, we are not responsible for security breaches, crashes, or non-functionality caused by user modifications.
Ownership of all software, including platforms such as WordPress and plugins, is transferred to you. It is your responsibility to ensure timely updates for optimal functionality. We offer optional maintenance packages to assist with ongoing updates and security.
Mineweb Studio reserves the right to include a discreet credit link in the website footer as the project developer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
06. Payment and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit, typically 50% of the total project cost (unless specified otherwise in the proposal), is required before work commences. This payment ensures the allocation of resources and engagement in the project. Failure to fulfill financial obligations or meet agreed-upon payment deadlines may result in the accrual of interest in compliance with applicable U.S. commercial laws.
Any payment exceeding the invoiced amount will be credited to your account for future services. By making an advance payment, you confirm your commitment to the project and agree to settle the remaining balance upon completion.
