01. Introduction
This text defines the terms of cooperation between the company MINEWEB STUDIO d.o.o. and users of our services, visitors to our website and all those who want to access or use our services.
Please read the following Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before starting to use the site mineweb.rs (“Service”), which is managed by MINEWEB STUDIO (“we”, “us” or “our”).
02. Use of services and access to the website
By accessing and using the mineweb.io website or any of our services, you automatically agree to respect and accept the Terms of Use described in this text. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use the website and services of MINEWEB STUDIO.
03. General provisions
The terms of use are an integral part of the business of the company MINEWEB STUDIO d.o.o., registered in the Republic of Serbia, MB: 21858773, PIB: 113392243, and are valid for all users of our services, visitors to the site, as well as all those who wish to use the services of the company MINEWEB STUDIO. This document defines the rights and obligations related to the use of our site and services.
04. Acceptance of the offer
Before commencing any works or projects on your behalf, it is necessary to obtain your approval to proceed. Payment of your deposit (advance payment) will be interpreted as your authorization to proceed, should funds be requested at that stage. Otherwise, approval must be given in writing, either by e-mail or by letter. The project will not start until we receive clear approval from you.
05. Warranty and ownership
We provide a 30-day guarantee for every website we create for a client. After that period, as customers get full access to all site files, we cannot take responsibility if the website becomes hacked, crashed or non-functional, as we do not control how the site is used.
The software used on the website, including platforms such as WordPress and WordPress plugins, becomes your property. It is your responsibility to ensure that this software is updated in a timely manner to keep the website running smoothly. As an additional service, we offer maintenance packages that include software updates.
Ownership of the project, code and design passes to the client, who is responsible for all information published on the site. MINEWEB STUDIO reserves the right to sign at the foot of the site as the contractor and author of the project.
06. Payment and deposit
Before starting any activities, it is necessary to make an advance payment. This payment, which amounts to 50% of the total cost of the project, unless a different percentage is determined by specific bids, serves as a security measure for the engagement of both human and technical resources of the MINEWEB STUDIO company. In the event that the client does not meet its financial obligations or breaks the agreed payment deadline, we will use our legal right to claim interest in accordance with applicable commercial laws.
All payments to MINEWEB STUDIO DOO are non-refundable, as they represent the commitment of resources and guarantee engagement in the project. If the payment exceeds the amount owed on the proforma invoice, the excess funds will remain in your account as a credit, which you can use for any future service we offer.
The advance is treated as a confirmation of your intention to continue cooperation until the completion of the project for which we are engaged, and obligates you to full payment upon completion of the project.
07. Confidential Information
MINEWEB STUDIO does not receive confidential information through its website except through the digital consent procedure, where users select the option “I accept the terms of use”, which regulate the confidentiality of information. We undertake to provide full support in the protection of personal rights, privacy, property rights and intellectual property of all our users and collaborators.
08. Use of our site and disclaimer
Access to our site is free. You access our website at your own risk. Our services are intended exclusively for adults. Your access to the site may be temporarily disabled, restricted or permanently terminated in the event of any misuse on your part. We do not guarantee that the website will always work without errors or that the data center will guarantee its constant availability. The content on the website may be changed or updated without prior notice.
MINEWEB STUDIO is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information and materials available on the site. Unauthorized use of the site, breach of security or misuse of access data may result in a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense punishable under applicable laws.
09. Copyright and intellectual property
Copying or misuse of any information or material from our website is prohibited. Reproduction or distribution of information from the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, video, code and software, without our express written permission is prohibited. If the content is marked with a share button, the content can only be shared through that option.
